Who we are

Creator Studio and the Live Build Workshop are sold by Ten Fold Marketing. In these terms, "Ten Fold", "we" and "us" all mean Ten Fold Marketing. When a sales page says "I", that is Marc Cleroux, who runs Ten Fold.

Ten Fold Marketing is the trading name of 15423082 Canada Inc. Our address is 4441 Wellington Street, Montreal, Quebec, H4G 1W6, Canada.

"You" means the person who buys. By completing a purchase at paid.tenfoldmarketing.com/claude-creator-studio you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to buy.

What you are buying

Creator Studio

Creator Studio is a paid Claude Code skill. It is a digital product. Nothing is shipped to you physically.

The pack is made up of:

• instruction files, scripts and templates
• effect templates
• sound rules
• video walkthroughs

Creator Studio runs on your own computer, inside Claude. It is not an app or an online service that we host for you.

Free lifetime updates means every update we publish to Creator Studio (fixes, new effects and new features) for as long as we publish them, at no extra cost.

Launch workshop for the first 100 buyers

The first 100 people to complete a payment for Creator Studio between October 20, 2026 at 6:50 a.m. Eastern and October 25, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern get a seat at a two-hour live workshop on Zoom on Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 11 a.m. Eastern, at no extra cost. The order is the order our payment system records completed payments. The join link is sent by email to the address used at checkout. The seat has no cash value and is not refunded separately.

Live Build Workshop (optional)

The Live Build Workshop is a separate purchase, offered after you check out. It is a two-hour live session on Zoom on Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 11 a.m. Eastern. It is limited to 7 seats.

It includes:

• the live session
• the recording of the session
• 30 days of email support after the session

If you can't attend live, you still get the recording and the 30 days of email support.

Email support means you email us your questions and we answer by email. It is not phone or live chat support.

Script Studio (optional)

Script Studio is a separate purchase, offered right after you check out and later in the buyer portal. It is an add-on for Creator Studio: it studies public Instagram reels from your account and from the accounts you choose, plus the websites, Reddit communities and X accounts you name, and writes scripts for short videos in your voice.

It needs Creator Studio installed, and a free account with Apify, the service it uses to collect public reels. Apify's own terms and limits apply to that account. Any Apify use beyond its free plan is between you and Apify.

You decide what you post. Check every fact, number and claim in a script before you use it, and make sure what you post is yours to post.

Price and payment

• Creator Studio$67 until October 22, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern, then $97. One-time payment. Enrollment closes October 25, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern.
• Live Build Workshop$197. One-time payment.
• Script Studio$97, with one click right after checkout or later in the buyer portal. One-time payment.

The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you buy. Prices are in US dollars. If sales tax applies to your order, it is shown at checkout before you pay.

None of these is a subscription. We do not charge you again unless you choose to buy something else.

How payment works

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Your bank or card issuer may add its own fees, for example for currency conversion. Those are outside our control.

The one-click offer

Right after you check out for Creator Studio, you are shown an offer for Script Studio. (In the first enrollment, from October 7 to 15, 2026, this offer was the Live Build Workshop.)

If you accept that offer, the same payment method you just used is charged $97 with one click. You are not asked to enter your card details again, and there is no second checkout form.

If you decline the offer, nothing more is charged.

If a charge looks wrong

Email info@tenfoldmarketing.com first. Most problems are quicker to fix with us than through your bank.

Delivery

How you get it

Creator Studio is delivered digitally through the buyer portal. You get access right after you pay: Look Builder, the FX Pack (46 effects), Sound Rules, GIF Finder, the 8 walkthrough videos and First Reel Setup, all at once.

You sign in to the portal with the email address you give at checkout. Check that the address is right before you pay.

If you can't get in, or a sign-in code doesn't arrive, look in your spam folder, then email info@tenfoldmarketing.com.

The files live on your computer once you have them. Keep a backup.

Orders placed before the release

Creator Studio was first sold before it was released. If you bought during that time, everything you bought is in the buyer portal now.

Script Studio delivery

If you buy Script Studio, it is in the buyer portal right after you pay, under Downloads: your install link and the steps.

Workshop delivery

If you buy the Live Build Workshop, the Zoom link is sent to the email address you gave at checkout. The recording is sent the same way after the session. The 30 days of email support start on the day of the session.

Refunds

Creator Studio: the 7-day guarantee

Use Creator Studio on your own reels for 7 days. If you would still rather open your editing app or pay an editor, email info@tenfoldmarketing.com within those 7 days and we refund you in full.

On the sales pages this is the "replace your editor in 7 days, or get your money back" guarantee.

How it works:

• The 7 days start on the day you buy. If you bought before the release, they start on October 11, 2026, the date you were given when you bought.
• Email us from the address you used at checkout, or include it, so we can find your order.
• The refund goes back to the payment method you paid with. It can take several business days to show up, depending on your bank.
• Once you are refunded, your license ends. Delete the Creator Studio files from your computers.

After the 7 days, we do not offer refunds for Creator Studio, unless the law where you live says you are entitled to one.

Live Build Workshop

The Live Build Workshop is final sale. We do not refund it. The 7-day guarantee above covers Creator Studio only.

If you can't attend live, you still get the recording and the 30 days of email support.

This does not affect any refund right you have under the law where you live.

Script Studio

Script Studio has its own 7-day guarantee. If it isn't for you, email info@tenfoldmarketing.com within 7 days of buying it and we refund the $97 in full. The refund goes back to the payment method you paid with, and your Script Studio license ends. It does not change your Creator Studio order.

This does not affect any refund right you have under the law where you live.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this section takes away a refund or cancellation right that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be signed away.

Your license

When you buy Creator Studio, you get a license to use it. You do not buy ownership of the files themselves. The license is for one buyer, which means you.

What you can do

• Install and use Creator Studio on computers you control.
• Make your own videos with it, including videos for your own business.
• Make videos for your clients' content and hand over the finished videos.
• Adjust the templates and settings for your own use.

The videos you make are yours. We claim no rights in them.

What you can't do

• Resell, share, republish or redistribute the files, in whole or in part.
• Give or lend your copy, or your access to it, to anyone else. That includes clients, friends and people you work with. Each person who uses the pack needs their own purchase.
• Post the files anywhere other people can get them, such as a public code repository, a shared drive or a community group.
• Pack the files, or anything built from them, into a product or template set that you sell or give away.
• Share the walkthrough videos or the workshop recording.

How long it lasts

The license has no end date. It lasts for as long as you keep to these terms. It cannot be transferred to someone else.

If you break the license, for example by sharing or reselling the files, we can end it. In that case you must stop using the files and delete them, and no refund is due.

The public /video-edit skill

The public /video-edit skill is a separate product under its own terms. Nothing here changes them.

What you need

You supply these yourself. They are not part of the price.

• A Mac or Windows computer.
• The Claude desktop app with a paid Claude plan. The Pro plan is enough.
• An internet connection.

Tools made by other people

Creator Studio works with tools made by other companies and projects, including Claude, ffmpeg, Node.js, Python and HyperFrames. Each one has its own terms, and you agree to those with their makers, not with us.

Those tools can change at any time, and so can their prices and plans. We do not control them. We can't promise that every future change to them will keep working with Creator Studio exactly as it does today.

Sound effects

Sound effects are not part of the pack as files. Creator Studio downloads the sounds we recommend from third parties to your computer, under those sounds' own license. Using them within that license is up to you.

GIFs are not part of the pack either. When you ask for them, Creator Studio finds GIFs on third-party libraries (Giphy and Tenor) and places them in your reel. They belong to their owners, we do not license them to you, and using them in what you post is up to you.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the videos you make and for what is in them. That means:

• Use footage, music, fonts, logos and other material you have the right to use.
• When you use another creator's reel as a style reference, use it for the style. Don't copy their content.
• Don't use Creator Studio to make anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights or pretends to be someone else.
• Follow the rules of the tools you run it with and of the platforms you post on.

For the workshop: treat the other people in the session with respect. We may remove anyone who disrupts it.

Who owns what

• Ours. Creator Studio, including its files, scripts, templates, written material and walkthrough videos, and the workshop recording, belongs to Ten Fold or to the people who license material to us. You get the license in section 6 and nothing more.
• Yours. Your footage, your scripts and the videos you make.
• Theirs. Third-party tools and sounds belong to their own makers.

Creator Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, Instagram, Meta, TikTok or YouTube. Their names belong to them and are used here only to describe what the product works with.

No promises about results

Creator Studio is a tool for editing video. We do not guarantee views, followers, sales or income from the videos you make with it.

Any numbers we share about our own content describe what happened for us. They are not a forecast of what will happen for you.

The only guarantee in these terms is the one in section 5: use it for 7 days, and if you would still rather use your editing app or an editor, you get a full refund.

Disclaimers and limits

We will supply what we describe, with reasonable care.

Creator Studio depends on your computer, your setup and tools made by other people. So we can't promise that it will run without errors on every machine or that every render will succeed. That is what the 7-day guarantee is for.

The product reads and writes files on your computer. Keep backups of your original footage.

Limits on what we are liable for

As far as the law allows:

• Our total liability to you for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost followers or lost data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be signed away.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.

The terms that were in place when you bought are the ones that apply to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

If you are buying as a consumer, you keep any protection that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be signed away.

If you have a problem, email us first. We would rather sort it out with you directly.

If a court finds that one part of these terms can't be enforced, the remaining parts still apply.
